Returns Policy

At Kennies, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience.

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please inspect the items when you receive them and contact us within 48 hours at info@eatkennies.com with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If you contact us after the 48-hour window, we may not be able to offer a replacement.

Please do not send products back to us without prior confirmation via email, as we will be unable to process them.

Refunds

Once we assess your issue, if a replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
